This Easter recipe is for the famous DIY Infused Peep Vodka. This recipe uses a bunch of Peeps and some vodka so that you can serve Peep vodka to all your Peeps. Try saying that fast 10 times.
Peeps are a great way to celebrate Easter and this vodka combination is a sure fire way to get the adults excited about your Easter dinner or Easter picnic.
You will need a large mason jar (with lid) to create this DIY Infused Vodka. You do not need to buy expensive vodka, but do buy something you enjoy drinking as you are only flavouring it not diluting it.
This Easter Peep
Fill your mason jar 1/2 way with the Peeps. Pour the Vodka into the mason jar until it is full. Allow the vodka to infuse 2-3 days or until the Marshmallow as started to dissolve. You may wish to strain your vodka for a clean pure finish or serve it with frothy marshmallow bits inside. Top the glass with a fresh Peep to finish it off.
