Love pickles and wish I had planted cucumbers this year! Luckily, I can go to the Farmer’s Market every weekend! I will pickup some cucumbers next weekend to try this recipe.
Becky from Grandma Bees shows us how to create the pickles using a non water bath canning method. In other words, these are meant to be eaten right away and not for long term storage. My kind of recipe! You can cut the cucumbers anyway you want. I like how she created some to put on your sandwich.
Let the kids help make these and teach them responsibility by having them rotate the jar each day.
