‘Tis the season for colds and flu. Anytime someone in the family doesn’t feel well, there is a request for chicken noodle soup. I’m going to change out the noodles occasionally now for couscous and I’m also going to try this with leftover turkey. Nothing is more comforting than a bowl of soup on a cold day or when you are under the weather.
