One of my favorite part about baking chocolate chip cookies was eating the dough, before it cooked. I know it isn’t good for you because of the raw egg, but it tastes so good! Luckily, now we have eggless cookie dough recipes so that we can enjoy the eating without getting sick. Unless you eat too much. Amy from Amy’s Healthy Baking has created the eggless cookie dough, but with the added bonus of sprinkles. Because like glitter, there is no such thing as too much.
