Fudge even the lactose intolerant can enjoy. There is nothing worse, than having to say no to a child or adult at the sweets table. The recipe uses almond milk, butter alternative and cocoa powder. I love trifles! They are easy to make and yet so elegant looking. You can make them in a big clear bowl for everyone to help themselves to or create individual servings as pictured. A quick dessert that can also be made with cake or cookies. Or you could make a healthier version using fruit and yoghurt.

I love looking at Bento lunch boxes. So cute and creative, but mostly healthy. I am amazed at the creativity and how well the Bento box can be used in so many different ways. Such as making the holidays fun for the kids as they wait for the holiday vacation to begin.
