Vietnamese shrimp and chicken rolls are among my favorites. I’m afraid to try and make them because I’m pretty sure I would mess up the rice paper to roll the items in. Kari at GI 365 has saved me, by just putting the ingredients in a bowl. Seems like everything is getting put in a bowl nowadays.

Is there such a thing as too much chocolate? For me, yes! I have found the perfect chocolate cake that even has chocolate candies too. There is liqueur drizzled on the cake, but you can skip that if kids will be present. Also there is a vegan version and she has other alternatives for ingredients.
