It’s almost apple picking time, there are some apples now available, but we love to go in the middle of September for our favorite variety. When I first saw this picture, I thought brilliant idea. Put the ice cream on top of the cupcakes, best of both worlds! Then I realized it was just the frosting scooped to look like ice cream. Still brilliant, but way too much frosting for me! This is really cute and the kids will love it.
