Fudge even the lactose intolerant can enjoy. There is nothing worse, than having to say no to a child or adult at the sweets table. The recipe uses almond milk, butter alternative and cocoa powder. I’m not sure you would be able to tell the difference. I might have to give it a try, sounds less fattening too.

I love trifles! They are easy to make and yet so elegant looking. You can make them in a big clear bowl for everyone to help themselves to or create individual servings as pictured.
