As a kid, you couldn’t get me to eat coconut, but now I can handle it just fine in small portions. I still don’t think I could eat a Mounds or Almond Joy. I’m guessing the coconut version is probably healthier than my chocolate chip version. Hmmm? Maybe a combination of both?
