I still haven’t tried fried pickles. Last year I said I would try it this year and I have failed. Maybe I will make them for New Year’s Eve and I’ll have one less fail for the year. I always thought that these were made with sour pickles. Is it a preference? Are they like potato chips? Can you stop at one? I know I can’t eat just one potato chip. I might have to make a batch with a friend or two, so I behave myself.
