I love this idea for extra gravy, because our family loves extra gravy on everything! I always like extra for dipping sauce for my turkey sandwiches the next day. If you smoke, fry, or buy a precooked turkey this will be helpful. Looks like I need to add some turkey legs to my shopping list.
