I love the genius of food on a stick. Sticks make foods mess-free (sometimes) and oh so convenient. Anyone who regularly reads this blog knows that of the 6000-some posts of written, likely well more than half involve food on sticks, so this post could have hundreds of food-on-a-stick ideas. You name it, I’ve seen it on a stick. Popsicles, sure, but also yogurt, cereal treats, cake pops, marshmallows, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, fruits, veggies, meats, paninis, even spaghetti. But here are a few fun foods on a stick that are kid-friendly and actually easy or do-able to make. Just make sure the kid is old enough to know not to jab him or herself with said stick (or others).
I made these pizza pops ages ago, and they have been a huge hit.
