Tomorrow is Mardi Gras and according to Wikipedia: Mardi Gras is French for Fat Tuesday, referring to the practice of the last night of eating richer, fatty foods before the ritual fasting of the Lenten season, which begins on Ash Wednesday.
I’d like to have one day all year that I can eat fatty rich foods and not feel guilty. For now I’ll just have to wait on holidays and Mardi Gras. Oh and my birthday!
