Finally the fall weather is here! I’ve been itching to get into the kitchen to start baking, but it has just been too hot. Today, I plan on making some apple sauce and will be adding this apple tart to my baking list. This one is actually made with a spring form pan, so if you don’t have a tart pan, no worries! What a great dessert for after dinner or just enjoy by the fire. Dare I say a great breakfast item too! Yes, I love apple pie for breakfast!
