It’s a “Finding Dory” kind of day! I love sea otters in general! They are so cute! Beth from Hungry Happenings created these cute sea otter cupcakes using peanut butter cups, candy shells she created and other candies. Beth does a wonderful job giving step-by-step tutorials and hints. You can’t help but smile at these cupcakes!

Print out the printable wave cupcake wrappers then cut out around them. Wrap one around the cupcake and tape the seams together.
