I love Baileys, so this is the perfect dessert as far as my taste buds are concerned.
Deliciously chocolatey brownies covered with a smooth creamy Baileys frosting and topped with a rich boozy Baileys chocolate ganache. This recipe starts out with your favorite brownies baked in a 9×13 pan and cooled. You can use a homemade recipe or even a box mix to make it extra easy and quick! They are amazing as a substitute for choc chips in any basic choc chip recipe.
Baileys Irish Cream Cookies
125g Butter softened (I like the salted)
3/4cup Bailey’s Baking Chips
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/3 cup Caster sugar
1 Egg
1tsp Vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups Self-raising flour
Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan-forced and grease a cookie baking tray Cream together butter and sugars until like fluffy and white then add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour and add the chips
Roll 1 tbsp of the mixture into a ball and place on the prepared baking tray (baking paper used) And cook for 15 minutes or until golden
