One pet peeve I have are that the peaches and plums are usually rock hard at the grocery stores. They never seem to ripen correctly when I get them home. That won’t stop me from trying these hand pies! I have to admit to drooling a little at the picture. Even better they are portable, so easier to eat on the go or at a barbecue.
