I don’t want summer to end, but I do love when the weather gets a little chilly. I can bake, make soups and chili again. This is definitely going to be added to my list of soups to make. This can be made with leftover chicken and I bet the flavors are better the next day.

It’s almost apple picking time, there are some apples now available, but we love to go in the middle of September for our favorite variety.
