One of my resolutions for the new year is to eat a little more healthier and at least one meatless meal. It should be easy, since there are days, I just don’t want a big meal. I know I can’t go straight up all healthy food…tried and failed that year! If you are feeling like you need a break from meat or need some new vegetarian dishes, here are some recipes for you. Plus, you can make them in the slow cooker, so dinner is ready when you get home from work.
