Happy Valentine’s Day! This one came in late, but I don’t believe you need a holiday to tell someone that you love them. These could be made for when someone is having a bad day, for an anniversary, or just as a surprise to show how much you love them. Take away the wrappers and candy hearts and you could make this for a Wizard of Oz party. A very cute and cowardly lion!

Instant ramen is quick, inexpensive and wonderfully comforting, but a plain packet may not keep you feeling satisfied for very long.
Adding protein is one of the easiest ways to turn those noodles into a more complete meal.
Chicken, beef, eggs, seafood, tofu, tempeh and edamame can all be added without turning dinner into a major cooking project. In many cases, you can use leftovers, frozen ingredients or pantry staples that are already waiting in the kitchen.
