Do you have that one family member that always suggests you take or drink something to cure what ails you? This water might fall under that category. I’m willing to give this a try for the winter months to help with cold and flu season and during my migraine episodes. I’d rather drink something that gives me benefits of vitamins and supplements over those horse pills any day.
The post mostly touches on the broken heart, which can be worse during the holidays than any other time of the year. It isn’t always the most wonderful time of the year. Remember that when you run into that “grinch” this holiday season. Give them a smile, it may be what they need to get through the day.
