Lebkuchen are gingerbread cookies that you find in Germany. The flavors vary from region to region. Marianne at Drizzld gives you more details and has more knowledge than me. I always enjoy seeing what other countries serve to celebrate the holidays. And of course, I love gingerbread. Not very good at baking, but I love gingerbread items.
