I’ll try anything to avoid getting a cold or flu. I usually bump up the vitamin C and zinc in the fall and get my flu shot. This year I’m trying more foods and teas to help with the immunity. Maryea from Happy Healthy Mama has this immunity boosting breakfast bar that she and the family eats.
