Overnight oatmeal seem to be the newest trend, this one can be for breakfast or dessert. A healthy choice that makes you feel kind of guilty, but in a good way. I’m liking this trend, especially if you need to get out the door in a hurry. Breakfast is ready, just open the fridge and eat.
