The days of summer are getting shorter and most kids are back in school. Kids being back in school can be a blessing and a headache. The germ swapping and spreading of colds seem to get worse every year. Since smoothies are getting popular in this household, I’ve been looking up recipes to try. This one jumped out as a cold and flu buster and detoxifier. This with extra vitamin C and maybe we can be ahead of the game.
