Sometimes I just don’t feel like eating! A smoothie gives me the fuel I need to help me get to the next meal and prevents me from snacking on all the wrong things. Very easy during the holidays.
Here are some smoothies that use the fall items currently in the stores. I like smoothies sometimes for breakfast, since I’m not a big breakfast person. You shouldn’t skip the most important meal of the day!
