Here is a refreshing way to cool off this summer. Plus it is healthy, gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. We love fruit in this house, in fact we have to buy it twice a week. So I am looking forward to berry season, so we can pick and freeze the berries to save some money. This recipe is perfect if you aren’t able to eat the fruit as quickly. You can freeze the fruit, make sorbet, and enjoy on a hot day. You could also use frozen fruit and make this for a party.
