I’m not a morning person, but I know how important it is to get breakfast. These look yummy to make ahead of time and eat it, when I get hungry. The best part is you can create these anyway you like. You can skip the sausage and add veggies or have ham or bacon instead. This would be great on the weekends and for a brunch. Also for those out the door school mornings instead of just a piece of toast.
