We got that for our dog this summer, and while I DO love it, you have to have a very motivated dog and it needs to be fairly warm out. If it doesn’t melt fast enough they lose interest. AND, do not put food in right away. Wait till it is really cold, forming ice before putting the kibble or biscuits in. Otherwise, they turn to mush. Not that the dog really cares… LOL
