If you love chili, but want it fast. This might be a good replacement for you. This is kind of the Cuban version of chili and it is gluten-free. Another great meal if you are teaching your teens how to cook. There isn’t a lot of ingredients and it’s an easy recipe. I’m thinking this would be perfect for those week nights that you need a hardy meal and you don’t have a lot of time. I bet it tastes better the next day!
