Another great idea to celebrate the big day tomorrow (you know, Dr. Seuss’s birthday): The Cat in the Hat strawberry shortcakes. With Nilla wafers! So cute and clever. Find the how-tos HERE at The Hokey Pokey Kitchen.

Thank you for sharing the idea, and I saw you added another Seuss idea as well…and so I got super excited and busy trying to come up with ideas to do with my kids tomorrow. But, as I was searching, I saw more places list his birthday is actually March 2nd, or Wednesday. Which one is right?

Yes, you’re right that March 2 is his birthday! I thought that March 2 was Tuesday. I think because that’s the day my daughter’s school is celebrating. Thanks Barbara!
