Since I don’t drink a lot, I’ve never heard the theory of taking cheap alcohol and putting it through a filter to make it better. Cathy Lamb from Food52 took this challenge. I’ll let you enjoy her findings. Of course, I wish I knew how the tasters felt the next day. Did the filtering change the affect of the cheap alchohol? Have you tried filtering cheap alcohol?
