Gotta admit, with all the increased, crazy competition at food photo sharing sites of late, the welcoming,humor-sprinkled atmosphere at Cake Theater is rather refreshing. Also check out their blog, which I did, because in their submission, they said I “should check out the blog,” which posts on trends, how-tos, mishaps, and other bloggy stuff about cakes. - 2 cups plain or Greek yoghurt, chilled

- 1–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Method
- Stir all ingredients together until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge until very cold.

- Blend on the slush setting until thick, creamy, and icy.
- Spoon into a bowl and add your fruit and toppings.
