In New England, we were fortunate to have a late start on winter. It was great and then the cold air and snow came. As usual my body said it was time to hibernate and pray my flu shot will work this year. I’m trying to be healthier, so I’ll still have my tea, but I’m also adding some smoothies for some energy boost, extra vitamin intake, and some immunity boosting items. I’d much rather drink a smoothie than take the horrible tasting horse pills they call vitamins.

Are you a smoothie addict who can’t get enough? Are you looking for more smoothie recipes? Check out these smoothie recipe cookbooks and don’t forget your smoothie friendly re-useable straws. If you don’t have a smoothie maker already then I suggest a Ninja blender, we love our and use it most days in the kitchen.
Here is an Immunity e-book we put together to show you how you can increase your immunity at home DIY style. It covers managing stress and healthy eating, all of which play important roles in making sure you don’t get colds or flu. Don’t forget your morning Immunity defense gummy vitamins too. I take mine daily to pick up any dietary shortfall I might have. Having a strong immunity system allows you to recover from the flu quickly and easily. I just don’t have time to be sick, as a mother of teenagers who still can’t drive, It is all go, go ,go in our house.
