This does look magically delicious! A sign of spring is when the shamrock shakes come out and this is a perfect drink to enjoy for St. Patrick’s Day. You could also make a non-alcoholic version by replacing the Bailey’s and Irish cream. If you don’t want to buy a box of Lucky Charms for this drink you could always replace those with other items like green marshmallows.

And let’s not forget these Baileys Irish cream Chips for baking I found recently, let me just say these are perfect straight out of the bag! A few accidentally fell into my mouth whilst cooking with them.
They are amazing as a substitute for choc chips in any basic choc chip recipe.
Baileys Irish Cream Cookies
125g Butter softened (I like the salted)
3/4cup Bailey’s Baking Chips
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/3 cup Caster sugar
1 Egg
1tsp Vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups Self-raising flour
Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan-forced and grease a cookie baking tray Cream together butter and sugars until like fluffy and white then add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour and add the chips
Roll 1 tbsp of the mixture into a ball and place on the prepared baking tray (baking paper used) And cook for 15 minutes or until golden
