So apparently, this fancy new 3D food printer, wherein a syringe “prints” dimensional objects by movements determined by a computer, will eventually allow home chefs to “design and print their own food constructions.” I have to admit I’m having trouble conceptualizing this, but find it interesting nonetheless. Created by Cornell University’s computational synthesis laboratory (which I’m also having trouble conceptualizing, but find it interesting nonetheless), read more about it HERE at designboom.
