Banana & Chia Seed Superfood Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Base

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

 Instructions

  1. Blend the base
