I’ve never been a breakfast person. I just can’t get up and eat right away and unfortunately, my daughter seems to be the same way. When she has early morning practice or a meet, this doesn’t bode well for her. So we are going to try a liquid breakfast, such as a smoothie, to try and help her get some fuel in the morning. Healthy smoothies seem to be the choice of those trying to be healthier in the new year and you can have them anytime.
