Here’s a recipe for eggless pancakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy – this is normal.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium-high heat. You can also lightly grease the pan with cooking spray or butter.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until the edges start to dry and small bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter, making sure to re-grease the pan if needed.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.
Enjoy your delicious eggless pancakes!
