Forgive me! This looks more like something for Thanksgiving, but it looked really good. My favorite part about making a pie is the leftover dough. I usually just sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and roll it into a log and cut it. Mini cinnamon bites, yum. I think sometimes we enjoy them more than the pie itself. Who says you have to wait till Thanksgiving to enjoy beautiful decorated pie crust? I like the idea of eating these like crackers.
