You should totally go for it this year! The theme is Renaissance, which can be anything from castles and ren-faire type stuff to classic architecture.
I have sworn off doing show cakes for at least a few years…it’s a great challenge but a lot of work and my poor family is sick of having to stay out of the kitchen for two months! So I’m just doing some divisional work this time around.
