I am one of those people that after traveling or camping, my body want to disown me! I don’t eat or sleep on schedule or make the healthiest choices. Does anyone? As I’m trying to eat healthy again, I feel like I need to fast or detox my system. This smoothie might be the perfect solution, because I’m the last person you want to be around when I’m starving.
