St. Patrick's Day Guinness Cupcakes

This recipe does use Guinness beer, but the author stated you could replace the beer with strong black coffee. This recipe is also gluten, dairy, egg and soy-free.

You can find the recipe for the cupcakes only on All the Cooks.com She uses chocolate buttercream frosting and white fondant icing that is colored green for the shamrocks. Give this recipe a try with our without the beer.
