While I’m a few days late for all the yummy Easter ideas inĀ  Open Kitchen Magazine, this free online issue is filled with clever and pretty Spring-themed treats, pastries, breads, finger foods and ideas for parties and picnicking. These Springtime eclairs stood out for me (and the pineapple and a egg doves, you have to see those). Find both an Italian and an English version of the magazine HERE.
