Delicious-Root-Beet-float-popsicles

Here is another homemade popsicle recipe to try. Like I said, it has been a hot summer already!

Eating on a Dime shows us how to make a root beer float on a stick. All you need is root beer and whatever ice cream is on sale. This couldn’t be any easier. Carrie from Eating on a Dime gives a great hint, if you aren’t using molds with attachable sticks. Soak the sticks in boiling water for about 15 minutes to keep them from floating. The kids will have fun helping making these treat. You just alternate the root beer and ice cream to fill the mold or Dixie Cups.
