I usually try to assemble whole meals, from appetizers to drinks, for Recipe Tuesday. But today’s is a little different. These are all savories (ie not sweets) baked in cupcake tins. It’s little surprise that other meals like breakfast and dinner have co-opted the cupcake tin from dessert for the convenience of portion control. These mac n’ cheese cupcakes from Framed Cooks that I posted about HERE started me down this path.
