UPDATE! Somehow I totally missed (though it’s clear as day) that the coloring is liquid watercolor, not food color (though I wonder if the latter would work? I may try it). These are INedible, but still super duper clever, yes? Pretend for just a millisecond this is the wonderful Lesson Plans blog :) .

    Many people have made these with food coloring so that’s an option also!

    They certainly can be made with food coloring & lots of people have done exactly that.

    I have made then from Kool-Aid (slightly sticky) by using 1/2 cup of sugar added mix adn 1 1/2 Cups water. They are super flavorful and the kids love them in their drinks.
