I’m completely in awe of the cookie perfection that is Sweetopia. And these Parisian-themed cookies are making me want to book some plane tickets to Paris today. I mean, the poodle, the croissant, the precision of the Eiffel Tower… cookie decorating just doesn’t get much better.     I would really appreciate it if you could give me some guidance on purchasing a KopyKake projector? I don’t really have $500-800 for one, but don’t really know the cheaper ones will be able to help us decorate gingerbread and cookies? Love your work and your amazing piping!

    Aw, Tracie, I wish I could help! I’m just the messenger, I didn’t decorate these masterpieces (they are at http://www.sweetopia.net). I don’t have the money for one either, so I pipe my cookies with no guidance (hence, they don’t have this precision, but they get by!). But if you check out sweetopia.net, she has lots of info on KopyKake cookie decorating, and you may even contact her for more info. HOpe this helps, good luck! meaghan
