I had to share with you some super easy recipes I created for the December issue of Costco’s cookbook, Simply Delicious. They asked me to come up with recipes using their Kirkland Brand muffins and their sheet cake. So I made salted muffin fries with yogurt-honey dip and cookie crisps from sheet cake. For the latter, all you have to do is scoop mushed up, leftover sheet cake on a baking tray, bake, and yum, instant cookies!
