So I check tastespotting.com and foodgawker.com every day for photographs and links to the most amazing food, and every time I flip on the sites and scan the pages, I keep stopping at this slice of cake. It just looks so utterly yummy, I had to investigate further and share with you. The how-tos on creating this mini (as in, made with a 4 inch pan) chocolate cake with buttercream frosting are courtesy of the lovely blog, My Baking Addiciton. The cake is adapted from Hershey’s cake recipe and a buttercream recipe from “The Repressed Pastry Chef“. Seriously, I can’t take my eyes off of this slice of cake!
